Tormaresca

A tale of wines, Apulian sun, and warm sea.

Viticulture in Apulia is history and, at the same time, innovation. The Tormaresca estate is the expression of these two spirits. Character, personality and the potential for high quality are the characteristics that the Apulian territory imparts to all varieties grown here, indigenous or not. The Antinori family started investing in the area in 1998 as they believed that this is one of the most promising regions in Italy for producing top quality wines with a strong territorial identity.

Calafuria
Salento IGT

A highly expressive rosé encompasses elegance and personality. The nose expresses fruity and citrusy notes of pink grapefruits and white peaches accompanied by pleasant hints of marine breezes and delicate aromas of jasmine and irises.

Torcicoda
Salento IGT

First Apulian wine to be featured on Wine Spectator’s Top 100. This wine is intense ruby red in color with light violet hues. The palate is soft and generous with ideal structure and an elegant, tannic texture.

The Vineyards

Masseria Maìme is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Upper Salento. The estate extends along the Adriatic coast and covers an area of about 500 hectares (1,235 acres), 350 hectares (864 acres) of which are planted with vines. Uninterrupted rows of vineyards lie between this unique countryside’s woodlands and pine forests stretching out as far as the eye can see until fading into the Adriatic Sea.
